Measure outer width and height, opening sizes, the space between openings, screw diameter, and screw center spacing. Library dimensions are editable examples, not regional standards.
Use a base-only fit sample before printing your final design. Check clearance to the switch and mounting hardware.
02 / DESIGN
Keep the details printable.
Choose a template, adjust the geometry, and add a pattern, image, or text. Choose real sculpted facets, waves, sci-fi panels, or leaves, with adjustable depth, density, and variation. Use a single filament or up to four colors including the base. Front, back, and rotatable 3D views share the export geometry.
The 0.2–1.2 mm detail grid controls artwork and curved boundaries. Small circles and corners are stepped approximations, not precision-machined holes.
03 / SLICE
Assign your filament slots.
Import the 3MF as a single assembly with separate material parts. Assign Base and Artwork 2–4 to your filament slots. Alternatively, import every STL from the ZIP together as one object with multiple parts; preserve their positions.
The base lies at Z = 0. Artwork sits on its top face. Select the correct printer, material, nozzle, layer height, and bed orientation in your slicer. This app does not generate G-code.
04 / VERIFY
Check before installation.
Inspect the slice preview for small islands, lost details, and unsupported features. Material estimates here use geometric volume at 1.24 g/cm³ and exclude infill, purge, supports, and waste.
This tool creates prototype parts with flat backs and straight holes. It does not certify electrical enclosure suitability. Verify fit, material, and applicable requirements before use near mains wiring.
Start simple. Make a fit sample.
The best first print is the one that confirms your measurements.
